After James Manicone graduated from New York Institute of Technology in 1992, he joined a local Long Island based design firm. Mr. Manicone was a senior associate at this firm for over 18 years and in that time acquired a diverse range of experience in design; from the inception of the project to a successful completion. With over 24 years in the industry, Mr. Manicone brings a great variety of expertise in the discipline of design to the firm. He has worked intensely on various commercial and industrial projects ranging from speculative office buildings, restaurant design to large pharmaceutical projects and manufacturing projects. Philosophically, he ascribes to the principle that the professional service of design is responsible for instilling value within its product. Professionally, he sets the criterion within the office for a client responsive approach to design which has resulted in a service oriented standard of uncommon success within the industry.
