Ryan is a third generation Concrete Contractor and Chief Financial Officer at M. Jesus Construction Corp., but his construction experience began long before assuming this position, learning beside his father and grandfather growing up. Ryan has project accounting experience working on some of the largest projects in Manhattan including – VIA West 57 (Durst Pyramid), Brooklyn Army Terminal, South Street Seaport: Pier 17, Two Sutton Place North: Solow Tower. Alongside M. Jesus Construction Corp. Ryan has managed multiple corporate and residential development projects including – Starbucks, White Castle, Wendy’s, Setauket Meadows in the Woods, Cold Spring Harbor Laboratories and many more. Ryan has built his proficiency upon taking a project from inception to completion, accurately and efficiently, while keeping costs and timeline aligning with owner expectations. Ryan’s goal is to leverage technology and a passionate workforce to change the way the world views the trades.
