Honoring a Historic Legacy. Building a New Standard.
The Kulka Group is proud to serve as construction manager for the complete redevelopment of Harrow New York — the newest campus of the prestigious Harrow International Schools network.

Harrow NY Campus Redevelopment
Rooted in history dating back to Harrow School in London — alma mater of Winston Churchill and generations of global leaders — Harrow NY is being reimagined to rival the finest private schools in the world.
Through a carefully phased renovation and expansion plan, we are restoring the campus’s historic character while creating a world-class environment for education, leadership, and community.
The Vision for Harrow NY
The Harrow NY campus is bringing over 450 years of prestigious Harrow tradition to the United States, blending historic character with world-class modern facilities. Guided by a multi-phase redevelopment plan, Harrow NY is designed to rival the finest private schools in the country.

-
Renovations to Molloy House (student housing)
-
Full modernization of Centennial Hall (auditorium and music spaces)
-
Upgrades to St. Joseph’s Hall (classrooms, labs, gymnasium)
-
Office transformation of Brother Miguel (administration building)
-
Enhancements to the Dining Hall
-
Restoration work in the Bourne Mansion
Future phases will include new athletic fields and facilities, student dormitories, staff housing, expanded academic spaces, and major infrastructure upgrades — all designed to create a dynamic, world-class educational environment that honors Harrow’s legacy and builds for its future.

The Harrow Legacy
For centuries, Harrow has been a symbol of academic rigor, leadership development, and global citizenship. Its alumni have shaped history in government, literature, science, and the arts.
With Harrow New York, that tradition will continue — offering students an education grounded in heritage and elevated by innovation. Every building, every field, and every gathering space on campus is designed to reflect Harrow’s spirit: inspiring students to lead with confidence, character, and vision.
