The Kulka Group served as construction manager for the ground-up development of a multi-story Extra Space Storage facility at 10 Gordon Drive in Syosset, NY. Designed to meet growing demand for secure, climate-controlled storage, the project included a structural steel frame, masonry façade, and full interior buildout of unit partitions, access systems, and fire protection.

Kulka managed all aspects of construction — from site work and foundations to vertical construction and final systems commissioning — delivering a modern, efficient facility aligned with Extra Space’s operational standards and brand identity.
