Auditorium Renovation | 200-Seat Performance Space

As part of the Phase 1 Master Redevelopment of the Harrow NY campus in Oakdale, The Kulka Group completed a full renovation of Centennial Hall, a 200-seat auditorium designed to serve as the cultural and performance centerpiece of the revitalized campus.

The project included the complete demolition and reconstruction of the auditorium space, featuring a new stage, new seating, upgraded bathrooms, and enhanced acoustic performance. Additionally, the renovation introduced new practice rooms, dedicated choral and instrumental music rooms, and updated building systems to support both academic programs and community events.

The transformation of Centennial Hall preserves its historic presence while equipping the facility to meet the needs of modern performances, rehearsals, and gatherings — reinforcing Harrow NY’s vision of a vibrant, multi-purpose campus environment.
