Designed by D3 Architecture, the plaza incorporates several environmentally friendly features, including a 75-kilowatt rooftop solar energy system, energy-efficient building systems, and sustainable materials. These elements contributed to the project's pursuit of LEED Gold certification, positioning it as one of Suffolk County's pioneering green commercial developments.

The plaza's strategic location—visible from both Motor Parkway and the Long Island Expressway—offers high visibility for tenants.
