The Kulka Group served as construction manager for the Perfume Center of America facility in Ronkonkoma — a new, state-of-the-art distribution and fulfillment center designed to support high-volume e-commerce operations in the fragrance and beauty industry.

Delivered as a ground-up industrial build, the project features high-clear warehouse space, integrated office areas, and advanced logistics infrastructure tailored for rapid inventory turnover and national distribution. The building includes energy-efficient systems, secure loading areas, and a layout optimized for scalable growth and product handling.

Kulka oversaw all phases of development — from sitework and foundations through vertical construction and final MEP commissioning. Completed in 2021, the facility reflects our team’s ability to execute fast-track builds with precision, while meeting the operational requirements of modern direct-to-consumer and wholesale distribution models.
