The Kulka Group served as construction manager for the new Kings Road firehouse within the Rocky Point Fire District. This ground-up facility was built to support the district’s growing operational needs, with upgraded infrastructure, expanded apparatus bays, and modern living and training quarters for volunteer personnel.

Constructed to meet the unique demands of first responder operations, the building integrates durable materials, efficient systems, and emergency-ready functionality. Kulka worked closely with district officials, architects, and local agencies to deliver a safe, code-compliant facility that strengthens the district’s ability to serve the Rocky Point community for decades to come.
