The Kulka Group is a development and construction partner for The Grove, a 55-unit affordable housing community in East Patchogue. Delivered through a partnership with GGV and New Ground, this ground-up project brings high-quality, income-restricted housing to an area with critical demand for affordable living options.

The partnership was awarded a 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) by New York State, enabling the project to move forward with the funding and support needed to create long-term housing stability for individuals and families in the region.

Once complete, The Grove will provide safe, modern, and accessible homes designed to serve the community for generations to come — reflecting Kulka’s ongoing commitment to impactful, mission-driven development.
