As part of the Phase 1 Master Redevelopment of the Harrow NY campus in Oakdale, The Kulka Group completed the full renovation of Brother Miguel, a two-story building reimagined as administrative office space for Harrow NY leadership and staff.

The project transformed the building into a modern, functional workspace, featuring new private offices for executive leadership, dedicated conference rooms, collaborative meeting areas, and updated support spaces. Special attention was given to creating an environment that balances professionalism with accessibility for both staff and visitors.

The renovation of Brother Miguel supports the operational needs of the growing campus and provides a central hub for academic and administrative coordination.
