The Kulka Group is leading the construction renovation of Molloy House, a 30-room, 60-bed student housing facility that serves as a key component of the Phase 1 Master Redevelopment of the Harrow NY campus in Oakdale, NY.

The project includes a full modernization of the historic structure, upgrading living spaces, building systems, and common areas to meet the needs of today’s student population while preserving the character of the campus. Scope of work includes interior renovations, mechanical and electrical system replacements, life safety upgrades, and exterior envelope improvements.

As part of the broader campus revitalization plan, the renovation of Molloy House supports the long-term vision of transforming Harrow NY into a vibrant residential and educational community — blending historic preservation with modern functionality.
