As part of the Phase 1 Master Redevelopment of the Harrow NY campus in Oakdale, The Kulka Group completed a targeted renovation of the ground floor and first floor of St. Joseph’s Hall, a four-story academic building critical to campus life.

The renovation modernized key learning and student spaces, including new classrooms, art centers, science labs, student lounges, a gymnasium, and updated locker rooms. The upgrades focused on enhancing the academic and recreational experience while preserving the building’s historic character.

By revitalizing the most active floors of St. Joseph’s Hall, this phase supports Harrow NY’s broader vision of creating a dynamic, student-centered environment that blends tradition with innovation.
