The Kulka Group acted as the construction manager for Contract Pharmacal Corp.'s (CPC) significant expansion project in Hauppauge, New York. This $40 million initiative involved acquiring and renovating a 17,500-square-foot manufacturing facility at 165 Oser Avenue. Additionally, plans included constructing a 140,000-square-foot extension to connect this new facility with CPC's existing building at 145 Oser Avenue. The expansion aimed to enhance CPC's manufacturing capabilities and was projected to create approximately 150 new full-time jobs, increasing the company's workforce to over 1,500 employees.
