The Kulka Group served as construction manager for the JFK Conduit Logistics Center, a newly completed, Class A industrial facility strategically located just off the runways of JFK International Airport. Delivered in one of the most supply-constrained logistics markets in the country, this 116,725-square-foot project sets a new standard for industrial development in the region.

The facility features a 61,425 SF high-clear warehouse, 55,300 SF of secured fleet parking, 36-foot clear heights, street-to-street loading, and robust utility infrastructure — designed for maximum operational efficiency and seamless supply chain continuity.

In addition to vertical construction, Kulka oversaw extensive site remediation and infrastructure upgrades, including the export of over 50,000 tons of contaminated fill and the installation of a private sewer line extending down 153rd Place to connect to the public sewer system — a complex civil scope requiring careful coordination with local agencies and utilities.
