The Kulka Group served as builder for the Lumber Road Apartments and the follow-up phase, Lumber Lofts — two ground-up multifamily developments situated along Roslyn’s scenic waterfront. The initial phase, Lumber Road Apartments, introduced a boutique residential concept with modern design and high-end finishes. Following its success, Kulka delivered Lumber Lofts as a Phase 2 extension, seamlessly expanding the site while preserving architectural continuity and quality.

Both projects were constructed on tight urban lots with complex site logistics, requiring close coordination with local stakeholders and careful attention to scheduling. The result is a pair of distinctive, walkable residential buildings that enhance Roslyn’s village charm while offering modern comfort and durability.
