The Kulka Group served as general contractor for the ground-up construction of the Bethpage Heritage Club, a premier hospitality venue located within the Bethpage State Park grounds. Originally known as Carlyle on the Green, the facility was built in 1999 and has since become a landmark location for weddings, corporate events, and upscale gatherings on Long Island.

The project included a full-scale commercial kitchen, expansive banquet hall, bridal suites, lounges, and support areas — all designed to deliver both elegance and efficiency in a high-volume event setting. Positioned alongside the renowned Bethpage Black golf course, the building also offers panoramic views and integrates seamlessly into its park-like surroundings.

Kulka managed the project from site development through final finishes, delivering a facility that balances timeless architecture with the demands of modern hospitality operations.
