This year, the Hauppauge community came together in an extraordinary show of support and compassion, forming the Hauppauge Heroes to participate in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Light The Night event. This team was created to honor Ryan Starace, a brave fifth grader who has been battling acute lymphoblastic leukemia since he was just four years old. Ryan’s courage and determination have inspired countless individuals in Hauppauge and beyond, serving as a powerful re
