Greystone is pleased to announce that Jefferson’s Ferry, a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community in South Setauket, New York, has initiated construction on an expansion that will add 12 independent living apartments and three guest suites to the Jefferson’s Ferry campus. Construction is expected to reach completion by the end of 2026.
