30 Rasons Court Groundbreaking

Yesterday marked the groundbreaking at 30 Rasons Court, and this incredible shot captures the ceremonial start of demolition with our clients, Cliff Lorenzo of Northeast Aero and Dennis Casale of PG Aerotech, which together operate Jet Parts Engineering.

Designed byJM2 Architecture, D.P.C. and Emtec Consulting Engineers, this 56,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art industrial manufacturing and testing facility will be dedicated to producing and repairing components for the aeronautical industry.

Since beginning pre-construction in February 2025, this complex project has challenged the Kulka team to deeply understand the operations of both companies. Over the past six months, aided the design process to align with budget goals while strategically phasing construction to minimize downtime during the transition to the new facility.

We are especially grateful for the tremendous partnership with the Town of Islip, and we extend our thanks to everyone in the planning, building, and engineering departments whose support helped bring us to this milestone.
