S. Conduit Logistics Center is Fully Leased

We’re proud to share the successful lease-up of S Conduit Logistics Center, a 120,000-square-foot, multi-level logistics facility featuring 60,000 SF at grade and an additional 60,000 SF of cellar space.

Originally designed with precast exterior panels, the project presented a unique challenge when a full exterior redesign was required mid-construction. Our team stepped in quickly, conducting a comprehensive cost and constructability analysis to evaluate alternatives and implement the change efficiently without compromising the project’s schedule or performance.

Thanks to close collaboration, thoughtful planning, and strong execution, the project was delivered on time and under budget. This achievement is a true reflection of the teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to excellence that define the Kulka team.
