We had the privilege of celebrating the ribbon cutting for The Grove, a 55-unit workforce housing development. This project truly wouldn’t have been possible without our incredible partners at Georgica Green Ventures LLC and New Ground Inc.
It also wouldn’t have happened without the leadership and support of Focus East Patchogue, Councilman Neil Foley, Legislator Dominick Thorne and New York State Homes & Community Renewal all of whom share a real commitment to strengthening the East Patchogue community.
