We are proud to announce that Devin Kulka, CEO of The Kulka Group, will be honored by the Theodore Roosevelt Council, Scouting America at their 2025 Sporting Clay Shoot, taking place on Friday, September 19, 2025.

This prestigious event is one of the region’s most anticipated gatherings of professionals, leaders, and supporters of youth development across Long Island — and we are incredibly honored to see Devin recognized for his contributions to both the construction industry and the broader community.

A Legacy of Leadership and Service

The Theodore Roosevelt Council, part of Scouting America, is dedicated to instilling values of character, leadership, and civic responsibility in thousands of young people across Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Their programs go far beyond camping and outdoor skills — they shape tomorrow’s leaders by encouraging service, resilience, integrity, and a commitment to others.

For Devin Kulka, those principles hit close to home.

“The mission of Scouting has always resonated with me,” says Devin. “It teaches young people how to lead with confidence, how to serve their communities, and how to push through challenges with grit and purpose. These are values we carry with us through life — and they’re values I try to live every day, personally and professionally.”

Devin’s recognition by the Theodore Roosevelt Council is a testament to his role as a builder not just of structures, but of community. Under his leadership, The Kulka Group has become known for its thoughtful, collaborative approach to development — and its commitment to making Long Island a stronger, more inclusive place to live and work.

About the Sporting Clay Shoot

Held each year, the Sporting Clay Shoot serves as both a celebration of Scouting’s impact and a vital fundraising event that helps the Council expand access to its programs. Attendees from across the region — including leaders in real estate, construction, engineering, and civic affairs — come together for a day of sport, networking, and philanthropy, all in support of a common mission: empowering the next generation.

This year’s event promises to be a memorable one, with Devin’s recognition adding a meaningful spotlight to an already impactful day. Whether you’re an experienced shooter or new to the sport, the event is a great opportunity to support Scouting while connecting with like-minded professionals who believe in the power of leadership development.

We encourage our colleagues, partners, and friends to join us in supporting this exceptional organization. Registration is now open at trcscouts.org/clayshoot.

Looking Ahead

At The Kulka Group, we’re deeply committed to initiatives that uplift our region. Whether it’s through sustainable development, educational outreach, or supporting causes like Scouting America, we believe our work extends far beyond construction sites.

We’re proud to stand with the Theodore Roosevelt Council and all those who are working to build a brighter future for the next generation. And we’re especially proud to see Devin Kulka honored for the values he brings to every project, every partnership, and every community we serve.

We hope to see you at the 2025 Sporting Clay Shoot — and thank you for supporting this vital mission.
