Devin Kulka Named as LIBN 2026 Influencers in Real Estate and Construction

Devin Kulka became chief executive officer of Kulka Construction at the age of 26, bringing a renewed vision focused on strategic growth, innovation and integrity to the company that was founded by Jack Kulka in 1974. Under Devin Kulka’s leadership, the company has expanded into The Kulka Group, a full-service commercial construction management and development organization serving clients across a wide range of industries. Based in Hauppauge, the firm delivers complex, high-value projects across the tri-state area. The Kulka Group manages every phase of projects from industrial and commercial builds to multifamily and institutional work.

In addition to leading the company, Kulka serves as treasurer of the Long Island Builders Institute, a trade organization representing all facets of the building industry, including builders, remodelers, developers, suppliers, tradespeople and professionals. Kulka is also a board member of both HIA-LI and the Real Estate Institute of Long Island at Stony Brook University. Kulka is also actively involved with several nonprofit charity and industry organizations, including Blood Cancer United, New Ground, the Long Island Real Estate Group, the Self Storage Association and the U.S. Green Building Council.

Kulka’s leadership and industry impact have earned him numerous recognitions, including LIBN’s Emerging Leaders Under 30 and Rising Construction Star; Young Jewish Presidents’ 40 Under 40; and Richner’s Rising Star Developer awards.
