Concept Development & Program Management
The concept development phase comes after municipality approvals have been obtained for the project, and the Initiation Project Status Review has been completed. When a client brings a real estate development program to us and approval have been duly achieved, we then proceed to help the client develop the concept of the whole real estate design through concept development and program management.
The concept management phase is basically of a two-pronged approach. Firstly, it is an evaluation of feasibility of alternatives. Secondly, it clearly defines the project scope, methodology, deliverables and procurement management, and all tasks required for the completion of the real estate development program.
The concept management phase comprises activities that serve as inputs into the development of the Information Technology Procurement Request (ITPR).
Our concept development services include:
- Analysis of the project’s needs
- Project scope definition
- Evaluating alternatives
- Structuring a strategy for project acquisition
- Analyzing risks
- Analyzing project costs
- Defining roles and responsibilities
- Formation of the Work Breakdown Structure
- ITPR development
- Project feasibility studies
- Approval to proceed to the planning phase
On the other hand, the program management is a systematic coordination of all the related projects within the estate development program. In a real estate development project, there are different individual projects or building constructions within the whole concept. So, what we do is to supervise and organize these individual projects into one program — the real estate development — to ensure that the project goals conform to client’s objectives.
