Originally from Los Angeles, CA, Amanda began her real estate career with Canyon Partners, LLC where she was instrumental in the expansion of a nationwide development platform focused on social impact investments. She later received her Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, where she was awarded the Lusk Endowment scholarship upon acceptance to the program, was a member of the NAIOP Competition champion team while attending school, and upon graduation, was awarded the Dollinger Program Distinction award for exceptional academic and professional engagement. After graduating, she was an Asst. Development Manager for The Ratkovich Company, a boutique development firm focused on institutional-scale deals. Engaged in both value-add & ground-up multi-use developments, Amanda worked in all capacities across the company portfolio, ranging from urban transit-oriented leasing & construction, suburban historical recapitalization & entitlements, as well as pre-development design review & capital raise for a ground lease with the Port of Los Angeles. Amanda now resides in New York. Alongside actively sourcing nationwide investment opportunities for military housing, she is building a consulting platform with institutional partners and cultivating a network of like-minded professionals.
